KERA Commences Construction on 58K SF Dallas Harwood District Headquarters

KERA has broken ground on a 58,000-square-foot headquarters in Dallas' Harwood District, backed by a $100 million capital campaign.

Public media organization KERA has officially broken ground on its new 58,000-square-foot headquarters located in Dallas’ Harwood District. Designed by Corgan and developed in collaboration with Kaizen Development Partners, the project is supported by a $100 million capital campaign, including a $15 million gift from the Addy Foundation.

In other regional developments, MP Materials is advancing its $1.25 billion rare earth magnet manufacturing campus, known as 10X, on 120 acres at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas in Northlake. Additionally, Palladium USA has commenced construction on a 327-unit multifamily community at Craig Ranch in McKinney, with the first units expected to be delivered in summer 2027.
