Public media organization KERA has officially broken ground on its new 58,000-square-foot headquarters located in Dallas’ Harwood District. Designed by Corgan and developed in collaboration with Kaizen Development Partners, the project is supported by a $100 million capital campaign, including a $15 million gift from the Addy Foundation.
