Ricchi Group has placed its 15-story office tower located at 1111 Mockingbird Lane in Dallas up for auction. The online auction for the property, formerly known as Regions Tower, is scheduled to take place from June 22–24, with bidding starting at $2.75 million. Built in 1974, the tower features more than 268,000 square feet of office space and is currently approximately 50% leased. Situated near I-35E and Dallas Love Field, the property is positioned as a potential candidate for future redevelopment due to its proximity to the growing Medical District.
