DFW Land has acquired 8020 Park Lane, a 120,923-square-foot Class A office property located in the Shops at Park Lane mixed-use district in Dallas, Texas. The building, originally constructed in 2015, is currently 100% leased to Energy Transfer LP. This acquisition follows DFW Land’s previous purchase of the nearby 8070 and 8080 Park Lane properties.
Newmark Capital Markets represented the seller, Northwood Investors, in the transaction. Additionally, the Newmark Debt & Structured Finance team secured financing for the buyer to complete the deal. The surrounding 33.5-acre mixed-use development features over 540,000 square feet of retail space and more than 570 luxury residential units.
