Construction has commenced on the second phase of the MajorLux Luxury Apartments in Blue Springs, Missouri. The project, known as MajorLux Two, is set to deliver 123 apartment units alongside 11,732 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The retail portion is anchored by Costenio’s Price Chopper.
Block & Co. Inc. Realtors is overseeing the leasing efforts for the commercial space, with representatives Bill Maas and Daniel Brocato targeting a variety of service-oriented and restaurant tenants. The development is currently scheduled for completion in summer 2027.
