WeWork is increasing its footprint at the Legacy Town Center II office complex in Plano, signing a lease for nearly 27,000 square feet of additional space. This expansion, located at 6900 N. Dallas Parkway, will bring the company's total footprint at the property to approximately 54,000 square feet across two floors. The new space is scheduled to open this summer and will feature enhanced amenities including a coworking lounge, meeting rooms, and private offices.
