Trammell Crow Co., BDT & MSD Partners, and The Retail Connection have officially commenced construction on Knox & McKinney, a 12-story, 300,000-square-foot Class AA office building located at 4544 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. The project, which replaces a long-standing restaurant site, is slated for delivery in 2028 and will feature a variety of tenant amenities, including a lounge, wellness center, conference facility, and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining space.
Law firm Jones Day has already committed to 76,000 square feet of space within the building. The project team includes architects Pickard Chilton and HKS, alongside general contractor DPR Construction. A JLL team arranged a four-year construction loan provided by Goldman Sachs Alternatives to support the development.
