Balfour Beatty has committed to 35,000 square feet of office space at One Victory Park in Dallas. The lease deal for the Uptown property was facilitated by brokers from Cushman & Wakefield, Lee & Associates, and CBRE on behalf of the tenant and landlord, Clarion Partners.
In additional activity, Trammell Crow Co. subsidiary High Street Residential and Tokyu Land Corp. have commenced construction on a four-story multifamily development at 110 E. Polk St. in downtown Richardson. The project, which received TIF funding from the City of Richardson, is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2027. Elsewhere, Selerix Insurance Services expanded its footprint at One Legacy Circle in Plano by 15,913 square feet, and a Petland franchisee secured 6,500 square feet in Arlington.
