The iconic Stoneleigh hotel in Dallas has completed a $20 million interior renovation. The project included updates to the lobby, 176 guest rooms, and 72 suites, with design work led by London-based studio Fettle. The property, which opened in 1923 and is the second-oldest hotel in the city, has also joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection and introduced a new restaurant, Lions Den.

Separately, the five-building Energy Square office campus near SMU is set for $12 million in upgrades. Owners Glenstar and Affinius Capital are planning spec suites and a new tenant lounge featuring the Alter Ego cafe and bar. JLL, which manages leasing at the site, reported 188,000 square feet of transaction activity since early 2025.
