Developer Rocky Point Partners plans a 130-unit apartment complex at the former 5-acre DeMonye's Greenhouse site in Columbus.
Rocky Point Partners is set to transform the long-standing DeMonye's Greenhouse property at 2500 Airport Dr. in Columbus into a new multifamily residential development. The project involves the demolition of existing nursery structures on the 5-acre site to make way for a five-story, 130-unit apartment building. Amenities will include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, pet spa, and dedicated co-working spaces.
Work is slated to begin in December, with the first units expected to be delivered in May 2028. The development, which will also connect to the Alum Creek Trail, has already cleared zoning hurdles through the Northeast Area Commission and the Development Commission and is awaiting final approval from the City Council.
