The Mayfield Heights City Council has approved the rezoning of a property on Parkland Boulevard for Planned Unit Development (PUD) use, clearing a key hurdle for a proposed 61-unit townhome project. The site is located in the vicinity of the Landerhaven Corporate Park. The approval occurred during a council meeting held on May 27, 2026.
