Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority opens a waitlist for 19 project-based vouchers at The Davis II, a 70-unit affordable housing community in Cleveland.
The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is opening a voucher waitlist on May 28, 2026, for units at The Davis II, an affordable housing development in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood. The project-based vouchers will subsidize rent for 19 apartments, allowing qualifying low-income tenants to pay 30% of their income toward rent and utilities, with the remaining balance covered by CMHA.
The Davis II serves as the second phase of a 122-unit affordable housing community located on East 105th Street, near University Circle. The new four-story building adds 70 residential units to the site, supplementing the original 52-unit building that opened in 2023. The property features amenities including fitness and business centers, a playground, and elevator access, with individual units containing dishwashers, in-unit laundry, and central air.
