The Missner Group, in partnership with Wylie Capital, has expanded its industrial footprint by acquiring three properties across Northwest Indiana and the Indianapolis area, totaling 843,531 square feet. This acquisition nearly doubles the firm’s total industrial holdings, increasing them from approximately 1.2 million to over 2.2 million square feet.
The portfolio includes two industrial buildings in Merrillville, Indiana, totaling 540,986 square feet, which were constructed between 2021 and 2022 and are currently 100% leased to four tenants. Additionally, the deal encompasses a 302,545-square-foot logistics facility in Whitestown, Indiana, completed in 2023. This facility is fully occupied by Style Link Logistics LLC, with a corporate guaranty from SHEIN Distribution Corporation, and is located within 25 minutes of the Indianapolis International Airport.
