MAG Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of two temperature-controlled cold storage facilities in Indianapolis from FreshEdge, a fresh food solutions distributor, as part of a sale-leaseback agreement. The portfolio includes the company's 104,114-square-foot headquarters at 4501 Massachusetts Ave., which features clear heights between 23 and 34 feet, 39 dock doors, and one drive-in door. The second asset, located at 5930 W. 82nd St., spans 28,800 square feet and offers a 21-foot clear height alongside four drive-in doors. Both properties are situated along the I-70 corridor.
