Originally marketed with 9 acres, the property was sold as part of a larger 32.6-acre parcel for $4.375 million, equating to $87.50 per square foot. The facility is finished to a grey-shell state.
The site is located within the 7,155-acre Vermillion Rise Mega Park, a hub for industrial, logistics, and manufacturing operations. Julia Evinger of Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office handled the exclusive listing for the seller, Garmong Development Company.
