Missner Group acquires a 843,531-square-foot industrial portfolio featuring three buildings across Merrillville and Whitestown, Indiana.
The Missner Group has expanded its industrial footprint in Indiana with the acquisition of three Class A properties totaling 843,531 square feet. The portfolio includes a 540,986-square-foot, two-building asset at 9401 and 9602 Georgia St. in Merrillville, which was constructed between 2021 and 2022 and is fully leased to tenants including NFI Industries, WABTEC, and EMCOR-Hyre Electric Co. of Indiana. The acquisition also adds a 302,545-square-foot logistics facility within 65 Commerce Park in Whitestown. Completed in 2023, the Whitestown building is fully leased to Style Link Logistics and features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, and 30 dock doors. The transaction brings The Missner Group’s total industrial portfolio to over 2.2 million square feet, with the firm set to oversee property management for the new assets.
