The property is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. Additionally, Pillar Commercial and Ascent Real Estate Advisors have acquired the 14-story Rambler Park office tower in North Dallas, securing financing through First Bank. In other institutional news, the City of Irving purchased the six-story MacArthur Ridge II office building to serve as a hub for its police and fire departments.
The multifamily and industrial sectors remain active as well.
