The Jacksonville Jaguars remove the iconic 2,850-pound Touchdown statue from EverBank Stadium to accommodate ongoing construction of the Stadium of the Future.
The iconic 16-foot-long Touchdown statue, a fixture at EverBank Stadium since 1995, has been temporarily relocated to ensure its safety during the extensive Stadium of the Future construction project. The 2,850-pound monument was removed via flatbed truck on May 19, 2026.
The Jacksonville Jaguars confirmed that the statue is on a temporary sabbatical and is scheduled to be reinstalled at its permanent home within the revamped stadium complex in August 2028.
