Goldman Sachs, Hunt Realty, and Hillwood Urban broke ground on the 800,000-square-foot NorthEnd office campus in Dallas.
Goldman Sachs, in partnership with Hunt Realty Investments and Hillwood Urban, has officially broken ground on its new 800,000-square-foot NorthEnd campus in Dallas. The project, located between the Perot Museum and the American Airlines Center, will consolidate the firm’s workforce from Irving, Richardson, and downtown Dallas into a single location. The development represents a $480 million total investment, including $390 million in real property improvements and $90 million in business personal property. Designed by Henning Larsen Architects, the 14-story office structure aims for WELL and LEED platinum certifications and is expected to be completed in late 2027.
The project is the first phase of an 11-acre, high-rise mixed-use development spearheaded by Hunt Realty, which will eventually feature additional office, retail, residential, and hotel components. The initial phase also includes the construction of a 1.5-acre public park. The development is supported by an $18 million incentive package approved by the Dallas City Council, and Goldman Sachs has committed to creating and retaining 5,000 full-time jobs with an average annual salary of $90,000.
