Dallas City Council approves a $500,000 economic development incentive for HAECO Global to establish a 290,000-square-foot aviation engine repair facility.
The Dallas City Council has approved an economic development incentive of up to $500,000 to support HAECO Global Engine Support's expansion into a new aviation engine repair facility at 11124 Goodnight Lane. The project represents an estimated $17.5 million investment and is expected to create or retain 170 jobs by the end of 2027, with the company relocating 76 existing roles from Carrollton and hiring 94 new employees.
HAECO Global will occupy a 290,000-square-foot facility, which will serve as the firm's primary North American site for specialized aviation "engine hospital" repair operations. The city's incentive grant is tied to local hiring performance, offering $500,000 if the workforce includes at least 35% Dallas residents or $350,000 for a 25% local hiring rate.
