Additional recognitions included Michele Wheeler of Jackson-Shaw receiving the Pioneer Award and the Goldman Sachs at North End project earning the title of Deal of the Year. The ceremony also featured a tribute to the late Colin Fitzgibbons of Hunt Realty, with his family accepting the Industry Impact Award on his behalf.
