The Frisco Economic Development Corporation reports over 500,000 square feet of planned office space and $500 million in new capital investment for 2025.
The Frisco Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) announced significant growth for the 2025 fiscal year, supporting 14 corporate office relocations and expansions that are expected to create or retain more than 3,100 jobs. The city saw over 650,000 square feet of leased office space, with tenants committing more than $125 million to the local economy.
Looking forward, Frisco has 10 master-planned mixed-use developments in the pipeline, projected to deliver at least 10 million square feet of office space over the next 15 years. Major corporate activity included the expansion of SoFi, which increased its local footprint to 18,000 square feet, and the launch of the Origin innovation hub to support startups and corporate venture teams.
