Law firm Brown Fox is relocating its Dallas operations to Stream Realty Partners' new Uptown tower, The Quad, where it will occupy 12,000 square feet. The firm, which is moving from its current 6,600-square-foot spot at Preston Commons, plans to move into the new location by early summer 2026.
In North Texas development news, BridgeInvest has provided a $57 million construction loan for the 313-unit Freemont Frisco Apartments, a project scheduled for delivery by mid-2028 with BBL Building Co. serving as the general contractor. Additionally, Bridge Tower Homes has partnered with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. to launch a joint venture starting with Saddlebrook, a 97-home community in Corinth breaking ground in March 2026. Separately, Bascom Group has sold a 424-unit multifamily community in Frisco, and Sovereign Properties has acquired 10 acres of land in Frisco for a planned 155-unit active adult development.
