Franchisee Kardo Rasha plans to open a new Dunkin' location featuring a drive-thru and outdoor patio at the former North Avenue Market in Milwaukee.

Dunkin' is slated to open a new location within the former North Avenue Market building at 5900 W. North Ave. in Milwaukee. Franchisee Kardo Rasha has submitted plans to the city to utilize the existing drive-thru, which accommodates 10 cars, and a pergola-covered patio. The project aims to reactivate the pedestrian-friendly site, with the remaining 10,232-square-foot structure to be subdivided for future tenants.
