Franchisee Kardo Rasha has submitted plans to the city to utilize the existing drive-thru, which accommodates 10 cars, and a pergola-covered patio. The project aims to reactivate the pedestrian-friendly site, with the remaining 10,232-square-foot structure to be subdivided for future tenants.
