Diamond District Partners is set to break ground next month on Dōma, an $80 million, 276-unit apartment complex in Richmond that anchors the project's 18-acre initial phase.
Diamond District Partners is moving forward with the first of four structures planned for the initial 18-acre phase of the 67-acre Diamond District mixed-use project in Richmond. Construction of the $80 million, 276-unit Dōma apartment building is scheduled to begin in June with a target completion of early 2028. The complex will span six stories and include 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, alongside a 453-space parking garage shared with a future office building.
