Faye Relocates U.S. Headquarters to 6,100 SF Office at Henrico’s Premier Tech Center

Travel insurance startup Faye has moved into a 6,100-square-foot U.S. headquarters at the Premier Tech Center, located at 2810 Parham Road in Henrico. The company, which previously operated out of a 1,000-square-foot coworking space at Gather in Richmond’s Arts District, relocated its 60-person local team to the new space to support continued growth.

Owned by Bethesda-based The Premier Cos., the 145,000-square-foot Premier Tech Center provides an open-concept layout that the company plans to utilize for its ongoing expansion. Faye, which reached an annualized revenue milestone of $100 million last year, currently employs approximately 160 people and intends to hire several dozen more over the coming year to support its claims and operations teams.
