Crow Holdings is moving forward with the second phase of Old Parkland East, a 250,000-square-foot office expansion in Dallas.
Crow Holdings is advancing plans for the second phase of its Old Parkland East office campus in Dallas. The developer recently secured support from the Oak Lawn Committee for a rezoning request, moving the project closer to formal city review. The proposed expansion features three office buildings totaling 250,000 square feet on a 2.5-acre site bounded by Fairmount Street, Shelby Avenue, Reagan Street, and Maple Avenue.
The development will include a 10-story tower—reaching a maximum height of 290 feet—alongside two four-story buildings and two companion seven-story structures. A standout feature will be the Tholos, a marble-domed building designed to honor Western civilization. The project also includes four levels of below-grade parking. With design and construction led by Craig Hamilton Architects and The Beck Group, the developer anticipates a potential ground-breaking in early fall 2026, with project completion estimated for early 2029.
