Coda Resources has finalized a 244,343-square-foot lease at 2000 S. Rowell Ave. in Joliet, Illinois. The property is a 399,930-square-foot industrial facility developed by Cabot Properties. The building is equipped with 50 dock doors, a clear height of 36 feet, and provides intermodal access. The tenant, a manufacturer of consumer and industrial products, is scheduled to occupy the space in September under a 75-month lease agreement.
Cawley Commercial Real Estate brokers Frank Melchert, Stevan Arandjelovic, and Simon Porras represented Coda Resources in the transaction. Steve Ostrowski of Colliers served as the representative for the landlord, Cabot Properties.
