The company has secured 72,745 square feet of space within Building 1 of the five-building, 1.7-million-square-foot industrial park.
The Class A facility, completed by NorthPoint Development in 2022, features 36-foot clear heights, 130-foot truck courts, and ESFR sprinkler systems. Located near I-90, the site provides the tenant with enhanced access to the Chicago metro area and a regional labor pool as it shifts operations from the O'Hare submarket.
