California-based investment and development firm CapRock Partners has officially commenced construction on McKinney Air Business Park, a 250,000-square-foot industrial facility located in McKinney, Texas. The project is situated on a 15.3-acre site adjacent to the McKinney National Airport and will feature two shallow-bay industrial buildings.
The development is designed to accommodate a range of users, including logistics, light manufacturing, and distribution companies. Each building will offer 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, 130-foot truck court depths, and dock-high loading positions. Colliers is managing leasing efforts for the site, which is currently slated for completion in early 2027.
