Arkansas-based Bank OZK is set to expand its office presence at the 806,000-square-foot Brookhollow Central III complex located at 2950 North Loop West in Houston. The bank will increase its footprint from 15,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet, with the expansion slated to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2026. The move accompanies plans to hire 15 additional employees, bringing the bank's local headcount to approximately 60 people.
Brookhollow Central III was acquired last year for $58.4 million by a joint venture between Houston-based Meneses Holdings and Irving-based Dominus Commercial. The bank has signaled it remains focused on long-term growth in the Texas market, with potential future expansion plans currently under review for sites in Katy and The Woodlands.
