Italy-based 3D printer manufacturer ATLIX is establishing its U.S. headquarters and a new distribution hub at 1825 Mustang Court in Southlake. The company has secured a long-term lease for 17,180 square feet of shell space within the 335,401-square-foot industrial project, which is situated less than six miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The new facility will house a 4,300-square-foot office, along with demonstration and storage areas to support the firm's global customer base.
ATLIX, formerly the additive manufacturing division of Trumpf, chose the location for its accessibility and eligibility for the Triple Freeport Tax Exemption. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, while Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, BSREP III Mustang Court LP.
