Advanced Process Solutions is expanding its North Texas manufacturing footprint with a new 100K SF facility in Van Alstyne’s Cold Springs Industrial Park. The $40M project, located near the intersection of State Highway 5 and County Road 375, is slated to break ground this summer with completion expected by early 2027.
The plant will support the company's work as a supplier for regional semiconductor giants like Texas Instruments and GlobalWafers. The project is anticipated to bring 175 jobs to the area, marking a significant industrial gain for the city as it benefits from the broader "Silicon Prairie" growth occurring in neighboring Sherman.
