Triangle Equities and Incline Capital have announced a significant retail leasing milestone at The Crossings at Brick Church Station, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development in East Orange, New Jersey. The project, which replaces the former Brick Church Plaza, recently landed Burlington for 48,900 square feet and Five Below for 9,600 square feet. Additional new tenants include Rainbow and Verizon, along with Newark Community Health Center and Angel Nails. These additions join a roster that includes an expanded ShopRite, Dunkin’, and Rita’s Italian Ice.

The development features an initial phase of 400 residential units and associated retail space. The long-term vision for the site encompasses a total of approximately 1,000 new homes and more than 200,000 square feet of retail. Construction is being handled by March Associates Construction with architectural services provided by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners. The project emphasizes local economic impact, including a partnership with the mayor’s office to prioritize hiring local residents through the East Orange Career Accelerator program.
