NAIOP New Jersey recognizes top commercial real estate projects, including the 1.2M SF Millstone 8 Logistics Park and the 58-acre 1888 Studios campus in Bayonne, at its 39th annual gala.
NAIOP New Jersey celebrated industry achievements at its 39th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala, held May 14 at The Palace at Somerset Park. The event honored several key developments, including the 32,000-square-foot Freshpet Global Headquarters in Bedminster, developed by Advance Realty Investors. Other award-winning transactions included the adaptive reuse of the former Commvault headquarters into Bell Works Fort Monmouth in Tinton Falls and the 1.2 million-square-foot Millstone 8 Logistics Park in the Exit 8/8A submarket, developed by Crow Holdings Development and 2020 Acquisitions.
Additional recognized projects include 1888 Studios in Bayonne, a 58-acre film studio campus slated for a 74-acre brownfield site, and the Sanofi headquarters relocation to M Station West in Morristown, a deal led by SJP Properties and Scotto Properties. During the ceremony, NAIOP New Jersey also presented individual honors, including the Charles Klatskin Lifetime Achievement Award to Edwin H. Cohen of Prism Capital Partners and the Caren S. Franzini Public Partner Award to the mayors of East Brunswick and Bedminster.
