Inspired by Somerset Development has signed Jersey Mike’s to a 72,326-square-foot office lease at the Bell Works Fort Monmouth campus. The national sandwich chain will relocate its corporate headquarters from Manasquan to the site, which will also feature a 2,286-square-foot Jersey Mike’s retail location.
Since acquiring the former Commvault headquarters in 2025, developer Inspired by Somerset Development has secured over 222,000 square feet in new leases, bringing the campus to approximately 88% occupancy. Other recent tenants at the repositioned office and retail hub include Commvault, Bell Market, Sax LLP, and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
