The project aims to function as a "third space" for the Roaring Fork Valley, offering educational opportunities, market shopping, and recreational farm access. While the official grand opening ceremony is scheduled for June 14, 2026, the Farm Co Market is currently operational, with expanded summer hours beginning June 1.
