Texas Capital Bank signs a lease for office space at Stonelake Capital Partners' 415 Colorado mixed-use tower in downtown Austin.
Texas Capital Bank is expanding its footprint in downtown Austin by leasing space at 415 Colorado, a 47-story mixed-use tower developed and owned by Stonelake Capital Partners. The bank will occupy the entirety of the 17th floor and portions of the 16th floor.
The 415 Colorado building features 110,000 square feet of office space, which is currently 50% leased. The property also includes a residential component with 328 luxury apartment units across more than 420,000 square feet, currently 86% leased. Stream Realty's Randy Cooper and Craig Wilson represented the bank in the lease transaction.
