Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters is expanding its footprint with a new location in Golden, Colorado, slated to open in the fall of 2026. The new 2,367-square-foot café will be situated on the ground floor of The Pottery, a building within the new Clayworks mixed-use district located at the intersection of Ninth Street and Washington Avenue. The space will also feature a 550-square-foot outdoor patio.
This addition marks the fourth location for the Colorado-based roastery, which already operates cafés in Arvada, Lakewood, and Westminster. Founded by Andy Sprenger, the company currently maintains a presence across the Denver metro area and was recently recognized as one of the top coffee shops in the North America, Central America, and Caribbean region.
