Stonelake is moving forward with plans for a new six-story mixed-use development located at 1700 S. Lamar Blvd. in Austin. The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is slated to feature 470 residential units and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor food and beverage space.
The site is currently occupied by commercial buildings and a duplex that are scheduled for demolition to make way for the new construction. Following a recent zoning approval that permits a building height of up to 90 feet, the developer expects to break ground on the project in the first quarter of 2027. KTGY has been tapped as the project architect.
