New Braunfels-based developer Southstar has acquired the historic Lone Star Brewery site at 600 Lone Star Blvd. in San Antonio. The property, which has sat unoccupied since 1996, is slated for a mixed-use transformation intended to honor the site's industrial heritage, which dates back to 1933.
