Planning Commission Approves Zoning for 350-Foot Mixed-Use Tower at 2700 Gracy Farms Lane

Austin's Planning Commission approved a zoning update for 2700 Gracy Farms Lane, allowing a 350-foot mixed-use project near the Domain.

The Austin Planning Commission has approved a zoning change for a three-acre site located at 2700 Gracy Farms Lane, immediately north of the Domain. The site's former residential zoning has been reclassified to a commercial mixed-use designation under the North Burnet / Gateway Regulating Plan. This update allows for a significant increase in development potential, with a new maximum height limit of 350 feet, potentially accommodating a building of more than 30 floors.
