The Austin Planning Commission has approved a zoning change for a three-acre site located at 2700 Gracy Farms Lane, immediately north of the Domain. The site's former residential zoning has been reclassified to a commercial mixed-use designation under the North Burnet / Gateway Regulating Plan. This update allows for a significant increase in development potential, with a new maximum height limit of 350 feet, potentially accommodating a building of more than 30 floors.
