Northstar Realty prepares for a 170-unit mixed-use development on a cleared 1.5-acre site at 447-495 E. Livingston Ave. in Columbus.
Northstar Realty is moving forward with a five-story mixed-use development in the Schumacher Place neighborhood of Columbus. The project site, spanning 1.5 acres between Ninth Street and Washington Avenue at 447-495 E. Livingston Ave., has been cleared following the recent demolition of several existing structures, including former retail and studio spaces.
The planned development is set to feature approximately 170 apartments and 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The site previously received City Council rezoning approval in 2022, with subsequent design adjustments for a ground-floor pickup window approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment in 2024.
