The Studio West 117 Fieldhouse, an experiential mixed-use property in Lakewood, will be sold at auction on June 25 following a loan default. The developers, Daniel Budish and Betsy Figgie, previously invested over $10 million into the 25,339-square-foot facility, which includes a gym, ground-floor restaurant, rooftop bar, and outdoor courtyard. The site officially closed in December, and the auction is currently being managed by court-appointed receiver Mark Abood of Colliers.
