NorthPointe Hospitality is nearing the debut of The Lawrence, a 120-room boutique hotel located in historic downtown Lawrenceville.
The Lawrence, a Hilton Tapestry Collection property, is nearing completion in downtown Lawrenceville at 120 E. Crogan St. The 120-room boutique hotel, developed by NorthPointe Hospitality Management and Development, is positioning itself as the first upscale, full-service lodging option in the area. The project features industrial-inspired interiors, a central courtyard, and more than 2,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space.
The property includes two dining and beverage venues: an open-air lounge called Old Nick’s and a Mediterranean-Southern restaurant named Bellfire. The hotel is currently accepting reservations for stays beginning August 28, 2026, with nightly rates starting at $168. This development adds to a wave of recent investment in the city, following the 2021 opening of the $45 million Lawrenceville Performing Arts Center and the addition of the 600-plus-unit SouthLawn project.
