Nationwide Realty Investors has announced the retirement of Jim Rost, who served as vice president of development for the Columbus, Ohio-based firm. Rost concludes a 50-year career in the industry, including a 30-year tenure at Nationwide Realty Investors, where he was noted for his focus on workforce development and mentorship. He served as a past president of the Builders’ Exchange of Central Ohio.
Chris Filby, who joined the firm in 2014, will succeed Rost as vice president of development at the end of May. Filby has previously contributed to major Central Ohio projects and managed Nationwide Realty Investors' expansion in Arizona, including developments such as Cavasson, Rivulon, and Gainey Ranch.
