Developer Merus and BBCO present updated plans to redevelop the 122,000-square-foot former State Library of Ohio site in Columbus' Italian Village.

A redevelopment proposal for the former State Library of Ohio site in Columbus' Italian Village has returned to city review. The project, led by Cincinnati-based developer Merus in collaboration with local architecture firm BBCO, involves the demolition of the existing 122,000-square-foot library facility to make way for a new mixed-use development.
