Market Square Companies is developing Ashford Yard, a 12.7-acre mixed-use district in Houston's Energy Corridor anchored by a 21,000-square-foot beer garden. The 85,000-square-foot project, located at 1315 S. Dairy Ashford Road, will feature a mix of retail and patio-style dining, with the first 53,000-square-foot phase already 60% preleased.
Construction began in April, with completion anticipated by early 2027. The site will also include a central green space, with future plans for a residential component on a separate 5-acre parcel under contract to an apartment developer. Key tenants signed to the development include Ashford Beer Garden, Produttori wine bar, WokBoktic, U'maki Sushi, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, Morelia Gourmet Paletas, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Swish Dental, and Lumen Pilates.
