A joint venture between LV Collective and Kayne Anderson Real Estate has successfully refinanced Rambler Atlanta, a 798-bed student housing community located in Midtown Atlanta at 736 Peachtree St. NE. The 19-story property, which reached completion in 2025, features 215 residential units ranging from studio to six-bedroom floorplans, spanning 388 to 1,909 square feet. Additionally, the building includes nearly 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Canyon Partners Real Estate provided the senior loan for the transaction, with TSB Capital Advisors serving as the arranger. The community offers residents extensive amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and coworking spaces, alongside private outdoor access for every unit. The property previously secured a $95.3 million construction loan from Pacific Life Insurance Co.
