Legacy Development Partners has acquired a 6.6-acre development site in Maricopa, Arizona, and is initiating construction on a new ground-up retail project known as Legacy on Porter. The development is set to deliver more than 45,000 square feet of space designated for retail, restaurant, and service-oriented businesses.
Confirmed tenants for the center include Goodwill, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs, HTeaO, Orlie’s Taproom, and Swig. Leasing efforts are currently underway for the remaining shop space and available pad sites.
