Cave Creek Town Council approves a development agreement for Black Mountain Marketplace, a 13-acre retail project featuring a Mountainside Fitness.
The town of Cave Creek has officially approved a transfer development rights agreement for the Black Mountain Marketplace, a new 13-acre commercial development located at the southeast corner of Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway. The project is slated to feature a Mountainside Fitness facility alongside a variety of additional retail shops and restaurants.
While the development agreement has been secured, the project must still navigate the permitting process. As part of the site requirements, the developers are mandated to maintain at least 20% of the property as undisturbed land.
